Transparency in membership management

ParticipatioNZ aims to provide a trusted and safe online space for a diverse, dynamic and evolving Participation Community of Practice where:

  • everyone feels comfortable and knows who else belongs to the community
  • the community is open to new members who feel welcome to add their opinions to the mix.

All members of the Participation Community of Practice can invite new members to join.

The SSC project team running this online space will act as transparent intermediaries, by ensuring that invitations are sent out by email as swiftly as possible. In acting as host and facilitator, the SSC project team has no role in vetting or vetoing proposed new members, but will simply ensure that the rules for inviting new members are observed.
